REIKI CLASSES - LEVEL I & II & III
All classes are taught by Reiki Master/Teacher, Helene Williams. She is a student of Frans Stiene, co-founder of the International House of Reiki and has completed the Shoden, Okuden, and Shinpiden (teacher) levels. The International House of Reiki's work is devoted to the original practices of Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki. Helene offers classes for students of all levels. Whether you are looking for ways to supplement your own healing process or interested in becoming a Reiki Practitioner to support others on their healing journey, Helene is ready and excited to share her knowledge with you.
REIKI I - SHODEN FOR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS
While this particular class is intended for Health Care Providers and includes the standard class agenda, plus the elements of research, nursing theory related to energy work and the use of Reiki in nursing practice, it is open to all who would like to attend.
Shoden means beginning the path of self-discovery. You will learn about spiritual energy and how to practice Reiki on yourself and others. In first degree training, you will receive four Reiki Attunements/Reiju which will help to strengthen your connection with spiritual energy. You will learn the Reiki principles, which are essential elements of Reiki practice, the history of Reiki, and techniques and meditations. This two day class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience.
Following the attunement is a 21 day period in which you are encouraged to give yourself a treatment every day. Many students find themselves undergoing positive personal changes and spiritual growth which can be very powerful and rewarding.
This activity has been submitted to the American Holistic Nurses Association for approval to award contact hours. The American Holistic Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. 12 contact hours requested.

Attendance at all two classes is required in order to receive Reiki I Shoden practitioner certificate.
REIKI II - OKUDEN
Okuden means inner or hidden teachings which take you deeper into your personal and spiritual Reiki journey. Reiki II introduces three of the Reiki symbols and mantras. The symbols will help you to continue to expand your understanding of Earth and Heavenly energy as well as the concept of Oneness. A large part of the training received in Second Degree Reiki is centered on the understanding and use of the symbols and mantras. You will receive three Attunements/Reiju during the class. Additional Japanese Reiki Techniques and meditations will also be learned as well as significant hands-on experience.

Prerequisite: Reiki I
Attendance at all two classes is required in order to receive Reiki II Okuden practitioner certificate.

REIKI III - SHINPIDEN
In this three-day intensive Reiki III class, students will learn how to use the techniques learned in Reiki I and II to teach others Reiki. Students will learn how to perform attunements and reiju, the Symbol Four, and additional meditations to enhance personal growth. By the end of this class, students who wish to teach, will be able to comfortably move towards helping others learn the traditional Japanese system of Reiki. Pre-requesite: Reiki I Shoden and Reiki II Okuden from an affiliated International House of Reiki teacher.
