Steps to schedule an appointment: 

1) Click on the available day and time that you would like to book. Click continue.

2) Fill out the short intake form and click complete appointment.

**Please note that your contact information will not be shared. Your information is only used to confirm your appointment and receive reminder emails prior to your scheduled session** 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full payment for services unless you can provide proof of extraordinary/emergency circumstances and these will be considered on a case by case basis.
