Join us for a nourishing day-long silent mindfulness meditation retreat centered around the theme of self-compassion. Listening to the Heart invites you to slow down and reconnect with your inner wisdom through gently guided seated meditation, walking and eating meditations, and gentle flow yoga. Held in supportive silence, this retreat offers spaciousness to soften, rest, and listen deeply. Whether you're new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, the day is designed to foster presence, kindness, and inner clarity.

This will be an entirely silent retreat—a day without conversation, without phones, and without outside distractions. Just you, your breath, your body, and the present moment.

No experience necessary. Come as you are.

We invite you to bring a yoga mat and a journal for reflections throughout the day.

Facilitated by Helene Williams, BSN, RN, Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator, & Wendy Gillman, who holds her Master’s degree in Career Counseling, and received her immersive yoga training in Thailand.
